SPB New Alloy Steel Private Limited is engaged in manufacture and supply of a wide range Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Low Alloy Steel, Duplex Steel, Heat Resistant Steel, Martensitic Stainless Steel, Machined and Unmachined Castings to Customer as per their requirement.
We serve various Industries like power plants, oil and gas, mining, chemical, earth moving, railways, valve manufacturers and heavy engineering casting Industries in Domestic and Export Market for nearly 2 decades now.
We have 3000 and 500 Kgs Crucible Electric Furnace with all infrastructures, Plant & Machinery and Testing Equipments to meet our installed Capacity of 2400 MT per annum with sanctioned demand of 890 KVA.
We also have installed additional 500 KVA Generator for overcome power shortages to meet our customer’s on time requirement.
We are able to produce the castings from 20 kg to 2450 Kgs single piece weight.

Pattern Shop

We Are Having Fully Equipped In-house Pattern Shop Facility For Manufacture Of Patterns, Methoding, Mounting, Reconditioning And Rework Of Patterns With Qualified Pattern Makers. 

We Are Having Sufficient Storage Place For Customer Patterns Which Are Traceable With Pattern Code. Control Of Customer Drawings And Patterns With Unique Coding System.



We Are Using C02 Process Techniques By Hand Mould In Moulding Department And In Core Shop We Are Using C02 And Air Set Process In Various Sizes Of Mould And Cores. The Facilities Include The Following: Various Sizes Of Boxes Are Available For Box Moulding. For Sand Mixing
