We serve various Industries like power plants, oil and gas, mining, chemical, earth moving, railways, valve manufacturers and heavy engineering casting Industries in Domestic and Export Market for more than 2 decades now.
We have 3000 and 500 Kgs Crucible Electric Furnace with all infrastructures, Plant & Machinery and Testing Equipments to meet our installed Capacity of 2400 MT per annum with sanctioned demand of 890 KVA.
We also have installed additional 500 KVA Generator for overcome power shortages to meet our customer’s on time requirement.
We are able to produce the castings from 20 kg to 2450 Kgs single piece weight.

SPB Metal Casters
SPB Metal Casters is a non-ferrous foundry unit with machineshop consisting of CNC and conventional machines.
Through this unit we are supplying non-ferrous casting products of phosphor bronze and other copper based products based on customer requirements.
We are pioneer in supplying many copper smelter products all over the world.
This unit has an oil-fired tilting furnace with 700 kg capacity and a 100 kg pit furnace. The machines available are

This unit caters to the chemical testing service to the public. This is purely a service unit.
Here were are able to test materials of iron base, copper base, and aluminium base.
We are in the process of getting NABL certification for this lab.
